Technical Service Engineer - Greece

CSG are currently partered with a global green tech company, who are seeking an experienced Technical Service Engineer to join their team in Greece.

As Technical Service Engineer, you will be the main point of contact for customers regarding any product / project related queries.

Other responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches.
• Run a diagnosis on errors or technical problems.
• Deliver support and contribute service solutions for customers.
• Support the Project Management during commissioning and site acceptance services.
• Participate in the claim management and RMA process.

To be considered for the position of Technical Service Engineer, you must be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:

• Education as Electrical technician or Engineer.
• Experience with Battery Storage solutions is beneficial.
• Experience in claim handling, solution finding and execution.
• Experience dealing with customers in critical situations.
• Fluent in Greek and English
• Driving License
