Erin is a specialist recruitment consultant focused on the data centre industry across the UK and EMEA. She partners with developers, owner-operators, and consultancies, supporting organisations at every stage of the data centre lifecycle as demand for digital infrastructure continues to grow.
Working with a range of businesses from high-growth start-ups to private equity-backed organisations, Erin delivers talent solutions across multiple disciplines. Her remit spans design, development, construction, engineering, sales, and C-suite leadership, enabling her to support clients in building fully integrated, high-performing teams.
Prior to specialising in data centres, Erin worked within the solar PV equipment market across Europe, giving her a strong foundation in energy and infrastructure markets. This background provides valuable insight into the evolving demands of sustainable, high-performance built environments.
