Are you a technical expert with a passion for customer success and space technology?

We are seeking a talented Technical Sales and Customer Success Engineer to join a dynamic and growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, driving customer adoption, and contributing to sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build strong relationships with customers and understand their unique needs.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to customers throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Onboard new customers and ensure a smooth transition.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to deliver innovative solutions.
  • Analyse customer data to identify trends and improve customer satisfaction.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field.
  • Proven experience in customer success or technical sales.
  • Strong technical knowledge of electro-mechanical systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand complex technical concepts and explain them in simple terms.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
  • Fluency in English

Nice to haves:

  • Fluent in German
  • Experience working in the NewSpace / Space industry
  • Live in the Bavaria region
