Project Superintendent
The Project Superintendent oversees subcontractor labor and job activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. This role involves maintaining effective relationships with owners, architects, subcontractors, and suppliers, while ensuring a safe work environment and managing materials and equipment. The Superintendent works closely with the project team and General Superintendent to maintain high quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with safety standards and policies.
• K-12 and medical projects experience
• Foster positive relationships with project stakeholders and ensure clear communication.
• Assess and schedule subcontractor crews to maintain efficient workflow.
• Mentor Assistant Superintendents and field team members.
• Implement quality control and assurance measures on-site.
• Ensure work is completed per contract documents and project objectives.
• Manage utilities, temporary services, and material purchases.
• Review shop drawings and assist with subcontractor claims.
• Complete daily reports and conduct routine safety inspections.
• Plan and lead weekly subcontractor meetings and provide updated rolling schedules.
