Location: Tallahassee / North Florida

At CSG Talent, we have partnered with a top national ENR Construction Firm to recruit a Senior Project Manager for their North Florida operations team. This award-winning, employee-owned construction firm is recognized as a leader in the industry with a substantial backlog in North Florida, including three major $100m+ projects. They specialize in Higher Education, K-12, Correctional, Municipal, Public Works, and Healthcare Construction Projects. This role offers the chance to lead a high-profile $200m project and play a key part in the firm's growth across North Florida.

About the Role:

As the Senior Project Manager, you will oversee large-scale construction projects from initial planning through to successful completion, with a particular focus on a critical $200m project based out of our client's Tallahassee office. This is a prime opportunity for an experienced project manager looking to join a leading construction company with significant growth potential, including progression to Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the overall construction process for large-scale projects, ensuring timely and budget-compliant completion.
  • Develop project plans, manage budgets, and coordinate resources to meet project objectives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, architects, and subcontractors, to deliver high-quality results.
  • Ensure all work complies with industry standards and safety regulations.
  • Conduct regular project reviews and manage risk to maintain project integrity and quality.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience as a Project Manager, ideally with experience in large-scale commercial or public sector construction.
  • Proven track record managing projects in the $50m+ range, preferably in sectors such as Higher Education, K-12, or Healthcare.
