We are seeking Senior Healthcare Superintendents to oversee large-scale, high-profile Healthcare and Life Science projects valued at $20M+ across multiple locations in Florida. Offices are located in Jacksonville, North Florida, Central Florida, and West Florida, with numerous opportunities available for the right candidates.

Position Overview:

As a Senior Healthcare Superintendent, you will be responsible for all field-related activities, including jobsite safety, cost management, quality control, and project scheduling on complex healthcare projects. You will serve as the primary liaison between the firm and clients, architects, and consultants, ensuring project delivery on time and within budget while maintaining top-tier quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Lead all aspects of jobsite safety, quality control, and scheduling for large healthcare projects.
✅ Serve as the main point of contact for architects, consultants, and clients regarding field and constructability issues.
✅ Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, consultants, and subcontractors.
✅ Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety protocols, and quality standards.
✅ Manage the project timeline, budget, and on-site personnel to meet project goals.

Minimum Qualifications:

📅 10+ years of experience as a Foreman or Superintendent in the construction industry.
🏥 Proven experience in healthcare construction projects.
🏢 AHCA (Agency for Health Care Administration) experience preferred.
🔧 Deep understanding of construction industry standards, jobsite safety, planning, scheduling, and sequencing of work.
💬 Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork abilities to deliver results.
📐 Ability to read and interpret project plans and specifications.
💻 Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Outlook, and experience with project management and scheduling software preferred.
