Senior Agronomist

As they continue to expand, they seek an experienced agronomist to lead field operations, agronomic trials, and strategic crop management initiatives.

The Role

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead field research & trials to assess and improve crop performance.
• Develop and implement agronomic strategies that enhance sustainability and yield.
• Manage field operations while ensuring regulatory compliance and environmental responsibility.
• Collaborate with scientific and R&D teams to refine plant domestication processes.
• Mentor and guide junior agronomists and farm managers.

About You

• Master's or Ph.D. in Agronomy, Agricultural Sciences, Soil Science, or related fields.
• 10+ years of experience in crop management, field research, and R&D.
• Expertise in non-conventional plant domestication (e.g., hemp, blueberries) is desirable.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance, risk management, and agri-tech innovations.
• Proven leadership skills, with experience managing multi-disciplinary teams.
• Ability to balance hands-on fieldwork with strategic decision-making.
• Willingness to travel locally and internationally.
