  • Experience in sales/commercial roles within service businesses, ideally in offshore wind.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and meeting financial KPIs.
  • Strong understanding of sales and business development practices, with experience in standard contracting methods.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under tight deadlines.
  • Flexible and supportive team player.
  • In-depth operational and commercial knowledge of offshore renewables.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems.
  • Fluent in English and Chinese; additional Asian languages are a plus.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Self-starter with cross-functional team experience and the ability to sell a vision to customers and employees.
  • Willingness to travel for customer meetings, trade fairs, and roadshows.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with high energy, patience, and a "can-do" attitude.
  • Process-oriented with a focus on improving efficiency.
  • Highly analytical with the ability to develop business cases or proposals.
  • Strong customer management skills and a personable approach.
