Position Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Business Development Sales Director to drive the adoption of Oracle OPERA 5 Property Management Solutions. In this role, you will build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders in the hospitality sector, understand their needs, and present a comprehensive suite of solutions as the ideal fit for their property management challenges. Requirements:

  • Proven +10 years of experience in sales and business development in the technology sector, preferably with software solutions for hospitality.
  • Deep knowledge of the hospitality industry and relevant technology solutions.
  • Experience working with Oracle technology solutions or similar.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation and Qualification: Identify and engage potential clients, including independent hotels and international resorts. Utilize market research and networking to generate leads and build a strong pipeline of opportunities.
  • Consultative Selling: Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand each client's unique challenges. Deliver customized presentations and demonstrations showcasing how Oracle OPERA 5 can address their specific needs and drive operational excellence.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, such as hotel owners, general managers, and IT professionals. Act as a trusted advisor, offering insights into how solutions can enhance their property management operations.
  • Sales Strategy and Execution: Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies for achieving sales targets. Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals to drive revenue growth.
  • Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and the competitive landscape. Use this knowledge to effectively position Oracle OPERA 5 and differentiate solutions from competitors.
  • Customer Success: Work closely with implementation and support teams to ensure a smooth transition for clients adopting OPERA 5. Monitor client satisfaction and address any issues to ensure successful outcomes and long-term relationships.
