CSG Talent have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Recrutiment Manager to build out our Life Sciences team with a focus in Genomics.

As a Business Manager, you will be responsible for the full 360 recruitment process for our clients as well as managing three direct reports across the Renewables space, whilst also focusing on and further developing your own desk!

This role will be based at our head office in the sought-after XYZ building in Manchester's Spinningfields district, close to public transport with the addition of a few extra onsite treat's: dress down, drinks fridges, space for downtime and socialising, not to mention all of the amenities that Manchester has to offer!

About you:

  • Have extensive experience within Life Sciences Recruitment
  • Experience mentoring and/or managing a team would be desirable
  • Able to build rapport and create opportunities within existing Accounts
  • Driven to deliver and develop your team
  • Eager to progress and to develop your career.
