Our client is seeking a dedicated professional to lead and oversee quality processes at their state-of-the-art facility in South Italy. Key Responsibilities:
Lead the implementation of quality pillars, ensuring compliance with internal policies, industry standards, and continuous improvement objectives.
Supervise daily production operations, focusing on food quality and safety procedures for raw materials and production processes.
Develop and update Quality Plans to align with market needs and internal objectives.
Manage internal and external audits, including client-led audits, coordinating with cross-functional teams.
Conduct supplier audits to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Investigate customer complaints and quality incidents, implementing preventative measures.
Foster a culture of quality excellence through training, awareness, and employee engagement.
Develop and implement a competency matrix and training programs for the quality team.
Requirements:
Experience:

A minimum of 10+ years in quality management within the food manufacturing industry.
Expertise in UHT-based creams and soft-serve products is highly desirable.
Proven experience managing teams and collaborating with global stakeholders.

Qualifications:
University degree in Food Technology, Microbiology, Environmental Sciences, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
Certified Lead Auditor for ISO 9001, 14001, and 18001 standards.
Advanced knowledge of industry practices, regulatory requirements, and quality management systems.
Fluency in English (additional languages are an asset).
