About the Role:

As the Project Manager, you will oversee large-scale construction projects from initial planning through to successful completion. This is a prime opportunity for an experienced project manager looking to join a leading construction company with significant growth potential, including progression to Sr Project Manager/Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the overall construction process for large-scale projects, ensuring timely and budget-compliant completion.
• Develop project plans, manage budgets, and coordinate resources to meet project objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, architects, and subcontractors, to deliver high-quality results.
• Ensure all work complies with industry standards and safety regulations.
• Conduct regular project reviews and manage risk to maintain project integrity and quality.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager, ideally with experience in large-scale commercial or public sector construction.
• Proven track record managing projects in the $25m+ range
