Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Processing Supervisor to oversee our production processes. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals ready to advance their careers in the food and beverage industry. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in aseptic processing and manufacturing flow, ensuring that production meets quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily operations on the production floor, ensuring efficient workflow and compliance with safety regulations.
• Lead and mentor a team of production staff, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Monitor and maintain product quality, conducting regular inspections and addressing any issues promptly.
• Collaborate with the Processing Production Manager to implement new processes and optimize existing ones.
• Ensure proper documentation and adherence to industry standards and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 5+ years in food and beverage manufacturing, with a strong focus on aseptic processing and manufacturing process flow.
• Skills: Experience with RTD (Resistance Temperature Detectors) is a plus.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
• Citizenship: US Citizens only.

Position Details:

• Bonus: 5%
• Schedule: 2-2-3 rotation with both night (7pm-7am) and day (7am-7pm) shifts available.
• Relocation/Sign-On Bonus: Available for candidates.
