The Role

Based out of our High Wycombe head office, you'll oversee daily operations, manage field teams, and ensure the delivery of top-tier services across all contracts. You'll play a pivotal role in driving performance, maintaining compliance, and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of supervisors and operatives across multiple sites

• Oversee workforce planning, scheduling, and logistics

• Monitor and improve KPIs, SLAs, and quality standards

• Ensure full compliance with H&S, environmental, and industry regulations

• Build and maintain strong client relationships

• Drive operational improvements and contribute to strategic growth

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in an operational management role (cleaning/FM sector preferred)

• Strong leadership and people management skills

• Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities

• Familiarity with industry compliance, safety standards, and quality control

• A proactive, can-do attitude and commercial mindset

• Ability to travel to sites as needed
