CSG Talent are looking for an experienced Mobile Equipment Asset Manager to oversee US and Canada mining operations and logistics fleet.

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Mobile Equipment Fleet Manager, who can lead operational excellence within the North American (NAM) HME Fleet by ensuring best practices are adopted, implemented, and maintained.

Key Responsibilities
- Enhance cost efficiencies, availability, and productivity in HME by improving transparency, developing structured planning approaches, and overseeing fleet size, replacement, and maintenance.
- Manage and deliver accurate and detailed HME Fleet data systems.
- Improve HME performance relative to operating costs (OPEX) and capital expenditures (CAPEX)
- Serve as the Fleet Management Subject Matter Expert for all operations in US and Canada.
- Provide strategic guidance and technical leadership
- Implement continuous improvement strategies
- Monitor and optimize performance metrics (KPIs) to assess and enhance the performance of the NAM HME Fleet, focusing on cost reduction and efficiency improvements.
- Share and implement innovative ideas, best practices, and solutions
- Work closely with leadership teams to strengthen Fleet Management and Load and Haul processes.
- Maintain strong relationships with HME OEMs
- Promote the use of the database for Fleet Planning, Maintenance, and Repairs.
- Develop and implement 5-year Fleet Plans
- Drive process assessments locally to improve performance, maintenance management, cost efficiency, and productivity.

Essential Experience and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in related discipline or At least 10 years of Mobile Mining Equipment experience and mechanical qualifications.
- Strong stakeholder management, influencing, and negotiation capabilities.
- Familiarity with major OEMs such as Komatsu, CAT, Hitachi, Liebherr, and Volvo.
- A mindset focused on continuous improvement, coupled with process methodology and change management skills.
- Entrepreneurial skills, financial acumen
- Proven ability to manage multiple assets
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Willingness to travel for site visits as required.
