Marketing Manager UK & Northern Europe

AutoStore is now looking for an ambitious and highly motivated Marketing Manager for the UK & Northern Europe with a commercial mindset, strong leadership skills, and a passion for marketing and communication.

As the Marketing Manager for the UK & Northern Europe, you will have a unique opportunity to work in an entrepreneurial environment, building a global brand and leading a team of marketing professionals. You'll collaborate with competent colleagues and agencies across the region and the globe.

You will be part of a dedicated and ambitious global marketing and communication team, reporting to SVP Marketing. The Marketing department is responsible for all global and local marketing and commercial communication.

Furthermore, in this role you will be responsible for the management and execution of all marketing and communication strategies within the region. You will develop and manage a regional marketing and communication calendar and support the execution alongside both internal and external stakeholders.

The right candidate ideally has experience in bringing Global B2B brands to the UK and Northern European markets and developing marketing and communication strategies in these regions. The position will involve close cooperation with national sales and business development teams in the UK & Northern Europe. You will execute traditional marketing, digital marketing, PR, communication, and events, and lead the localisation of our global marketing strategies to strengthen our brand and support business growth. Ideally located in our UK office, but some travel to relevant markets globally and within the EMEA region will be required.

Location: Preferably in the UK, but also open to remote, hybrid.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals within the UK & Northern Europe region, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
  • Manage the planning and activation of global marketing in the UK & Northern Europe, including budgeting. This includes collaboration with the global marketing organization, other internal stakeholders, and external agencies.
  • Support and develop the cooperation with our UK & Northern Europe PR agencies.
  • Develop and execute regional marketing strategies, including lead generation, localization of global messaging, and brand collateral.
  • Plan, support, and manage participation in events, trade shows, and exhibitions across the UK & Northern Europe.
  • Develop and manage regional marketing and communications initiatives.
  • Support partner marketing initiatives and activities.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5-10+ years of relevant work experience.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or another related field.
  • Proven leadership skills with experience in managing and developing a team.
  • Excellent communications skills in English (written and spoken).
  • Hands-on experience with executing digital marketing, communication, and PR.
  • Experience in bringing a global B2B brand to the UK & Northern Europe.
  • Experience with digital and physical events and exhibitions.
  • Hands-on experience in executing digital marketing campaigns.
  • Experience in internal creation of straightforward videos and collateral, including editing.
  • Experience with CRM (Salesforce), social media, and digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot).
