Maintenance Manager
Shift: 2nd Shift (approx. 2/3 PM start - 11 PM/12 AM finish)
Compensation: $90K+ (based on experience)

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead and support the maintenance operations on the 2nd shift at a food manufacturing plant. This role is essential to maintaining equipment reliability, ensuring safety standards, and supporting overall production efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food production and a proven ability to lead maintenance teams effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all maintenance activities on the 2nd shift, focusing on equipment reliability and minimal downtime.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of maintenance technicians to perform at high standards.
• Implement and oversee preventive and predictive maintenance programs for all machinery and facility systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues as needed to maintain uninterrupted production.
• Enforce compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements in all maintenance tasks.
• Coordinate with other departments to align maintenance activities with production goals.
• Manage inventory for tools, equipment, and spare parts, liaising with suppliers as necessary.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 3-5 years in a maintenance management role, preferably within the food manufacturing industry.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in mechanical and electrical systems, with strong troubleshooting skills; experience with food production equipment is a plus.
• Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to manage and develop a maintenance team.
• Problem-Solving: Skilled in identifying and resolving equipment issues quickly and effectively.
• Safety Focus: Strong commitment to safety practices and protocols.
