Role Overview:
As the Key Account Manager for Tasmania, you will manage existing client accounts and actively pursue new business opportunities. This solo, field-based role requires someone who can overcome communication barriers, adapt to seasonal construction slowdowns, and devise innovative strategies for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, becoming their go-to contact for all project needs.
  • Business Development: Seek new opportunities by meeting site supervisors, secondary contacts, and cold-calling on construction sites, and reseraching future projects and market trends.
  • Autonomy & Fieldwork: Operate independently as the sole representative in Tasmania, with the flexibility to manage your schedule and approach.
  • Strategic Role: Implement strategies to address regional challenges such as weather and construction downtime. Focus on networking, enhancing the company's local reputation, and building trust within the community.
