Are you an experienced International Sales Manager within luxury retail goods?

My client, a well-established business within luxury retail, is looking for an International Sales Manager to join their team. These accounts include both retailers and distributors across Europe.

The role

Key responsibilities

  • Achieve sales budget set in designated markets
  • Visiting key retailers to improve the sale of products and win new business
  • Providing market information and forecasts of demand
  • Reviewing potential for extending sales into new agreed channels
  • Examining historical sales and selling patterns
  • Work closely with the operations teams to find the best routes to market

Ideal Candidate

You will already be a successful International Sales Manager ideally working within luxury retail. You will be confident managing key accounts and will be able to collaborate with cross functional teams of experts. You must have the ability to build strong business and personal relationships whilst developing profitable account growth.

Key requirements

  • Experience within relevant markets such as Luxury and Premium Products
  • Be able to demonstrate key account growth with previous customers
  • Have strong relationship building skills
  • Be able to organise, plan and follow and detailed business plan
  • Excellent communication and IT skills
  • Highly motivated to achieve targets
  • Able to work within a team and individually
  • Confidence when negotiating
  • Ability to manage account P&L, including marketing and promotional budgets
