Director of Sales

Are you a strategic sales leader ready to drive impact in the circular economy? Our client is a growing Li-Ion battery recycler within the European Battery industry.

They are looking to build on recent success with the introduction of a Director of Sales to lead commercial strategy, grow supplier and client base, and manage the full value chain of lithium-ion battery recycling-from sourcing to selling recovered materials.

What You'll Do:

• Develop and execute sales and sourcing strategy across global markets.

• Secure supply of end-of-life batteries and sell high-value recovered materials.

• Lead negotiations, manage key accounts, and drive profitability.

• Build, mentor, and grow a high-performing sales team.

• Attend industry events and foster strategic partnerships.

What We're Looking For:

• 10+ years in industrial B2B sales/purchasing (technical products/services).

• Experience with international supply chains (battery, electronics, recycling preferred).

• Strong leadership, negotiation, and commercial acumen.

• Fluent in English & French (Non-Negotiable)
