Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition: Identify and secure new business opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, and market research.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company growth targets.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and competitors, identifying areas for growth and improvement.
- Proposal Development: Prepare and present compelling business proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the operations and marketing teams to ensure seamless service delivery and brand consistency.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in business development, sales, or a similar role within the cleaning or facilities management industry.
- Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
- Education: Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not essential.
- Attributes: Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Knowledge: Understanding of the UK cleaning services market and industry regulations.
