The Role:
They are looking for a proactive and ambitious A&D Account Manager to join the Melbourne team. Your primary focus will be to expand the business by securing specifications from architects and interior designers for commercial projects.
Your Responsibilities:
- Win and secure commercial specification projects within Architects and designers.
- Manage the specification process from initial enquiry to project completion.
- Maintain an active pipeline and a reliable order forecast.
- Build strong relationships and network effectively with architects, designers, and consultants.
- Network with interior designers and architects at industry events to expand professional connections and generate new opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with trade representatives to strategies and convert projects
- Build and maintain an updated Salesforce (CRM) to effectively manage project pipelines, track progress, and forecast outcomes
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in specification account management within commercial interiors. Previous experience in design-led industries such as textiles, furnishings, or decorative products will be a plus.
- Results-driven, with a hunger for success.
- Creative and adaptable, with the ability to tailor solutions to client needs.
- Experienced in delivering persuasive presentations.
