With headquarters in the US and a Swiss subsidiary, they are expanding across continents and looking for a dedicated Founding Account Executive to establish their presence in the US.
About the Role:
As the Founding Account Executive, you'll play a pivotal role in launching the US sales operation, working closely with the EMEA sales team and company founders. This unique position focuses on securing clients across multiple industries, including consulting, tech, pharma, finance, and manufacturing, as the company builds its reputation in the US.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting and Outreach: Dedicate 90% of your time to identifying and engaging target accounts, conducting 150+ cold calls and 200+ email outreaches weekly.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Develop and refine a target account list, manage the full sales cycle, and adapt based on market insights.
- Product Expertise: Regularly demo the platform, building expertise to address product-related questions and drive engagement.
- Consultative Selling: Tailor solutions to meet client needs, focusing on retention and upskilling with SaaS-based training solutions.
- Customer Success Focus: Establish strong relationships and manage renewals and expansions, aligning solutions with client goals.
Requirements:
- Sales Experience: 3-4 years of outbound-focused sales, with a record of meeting quotas and achieving results.
- Experience in SaaS, eLearning, or training solutions preferred, especially in tech consulting or financial services.
- Industry Knowledge: Background in private-sector HR (eLearning, L&D), particularly in upskilling and retention solutions.
- Tools Proficiency: Skilled in tools like ZoomInfo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Self-Starter: Ambitious, resilient, and comfortable working independently in a startup environment.
- Financial Motivation: Driven by financial success and eager to build a lucrative sales career.
- Curiosity and Resilience: Enthusiastic about learning and understanding customer needs.
- Travel: Willing to travel as needed, with support from the founders.
