Recruitment Consultants & Researchers
The pathway for Recruitment Consultants & Researchers is clear, with transparent salary bands and reward levels. We know that not everybody wants to manage people, so we offer two routes - a billing route and a management route. For those who decide to take the management route, our Management Development Programme is built to inspire the next generation of leaders and equip them with the tools they need to do this, whilst still maintaining their fee level.
Growth Teams
Our Finance, IT, Marketing and Business Operations are the backbone of CSG Talent. There isn’t one set route in our support teams, however, each of our managers is dedicated to discussing your career goals and objectives to ensure you are heading in the right direction to progress in whichever way you choose. That could be into Management or a specialism.
We're in a great place with our current training programmes. We have something for everyone and it never gets boring seeing new recruiters become established consultants, as well as seeing experienced consultants go from 100% to 120% in performance.
It's rewarding seeing peoples confidence grow in the first 6 months at CSG Talent. The training programmes we offer as an L&D team play a huge part in that, as well as the environment we have build around continuous learning, not just from us - but peer to peer too.
