How to Access an Extensive Network of High Quality Talent

The Brief

The relationship with Future Electronics began in 2015 after Ryan Goodricke, our Business Manager and Head of the Technology and Engineering Products division for APAC, contacted the company’s General Manager on various occasions offering recruitment support for their hiring strategy. At the time Future Electronics weren’t seeking a recruitment partner but our consultant kept in touch and continued to develop the relationship. One year later, Future Electronics were keen to recruit an Account Manager in New South Wales, Australia and they reached out to our expert team to assist with the hiring process. Future Electronics had never partnered with a recruitment company before however due to the relationship built between the General Manager and our consultant, CSG Talent was chosen as their first recruitment partnership. 

As Future Electronics is the largest distributor in Australia, they are constantly evolving and growing to meet industry requirements. For this reason, they needed an Account Manager to manage internal relations to ensure customer needs are met. After successfully filling this role for Future Electronics, CSG Talent became their exclusive recruitment partner.

The Process

With over 12 years of specialised recruitment experience within the Electronics sector, CSG Talent’s team has been able to develop an extensive network of high-quality talent. This talent pool allows our consultants to easily source qualified and relevant candidates for new opportunities. The team conducted a thorough head-hunting campaign to find the right talent for the role with Future Electronics in conjunction with carefully crafted job adverts on various job board platforms. 

Once key candidates were identified, our consultant made sure to contact each with an initial phone call to understand their level of interest, experience and knowledge in the industry. From there more detailed interviews were scheduled and a shortlist was presented to the client. Throughout the entire process Ryan was sure to keep in constant communication with Future Electronics to ensure they were updated at each step. 

To further strengthen the relationship, our Business Manager travelled to Melbourne to meet the clients in person and get a more in depth understanding of the company’s culture and work environment.
