Nichola Schoon
Group Support Assistant Manager
Nichola has been with CSG Talent for over 14 years, she is an integral member of the team and has an in-depth knowledge of all elements of the business, specifically the support function.
Prior to her role at CSG Talent, Nichola gained experienced working as a Medical Secretary where she provided a high level of support to Senior Oncologists at Cookridge Hospital.
Nichola works alongside the Group Support Manager where she manages the team while delivering accurate, consistent and timely administrative support across the wider business and teams. This involves formatting CVs, dealing with candidate and client queries, extensive data entry and travel/accommodation bookings for both national and international trips. Nichola is involved in a number of projects internally, including improving efficiencies with the CRM system and the lead management process working closely with the marketing team.
