We are partnering with a well-established industrial manufacturing organization to hire an Electrical Engineer with strong experience in electronics and embedded hardware development. This role offers the opportunity to work on industrial instrumentation and control products used in demanding real-world environments, with ownership across the full product lifecycle.

This position is well suited to engineers who enjoy hands-on hardware design, practical problem solving, and seeing products move from concept through testing, certification, and production.

What You'll Work On

  • Design and development of electronics and embedded hardware for industrial instrumentation and control products

  • Analog and digital circuit design, including signal conditioning and mixed-signal electronics

  • PCB schematic capture and layout using tools such as Altium or Eagle

  • Embedded firmware development for microcontroller-based systems (C/C++)

  • Hardware prototyping, bring-up, validation, and debugging

  • Compliance and environmental testing (EMI/EMC, vibration, shock, temperature, hazardous environments)

  • Supporting production, sustaining engineering, and design improvements

  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams including mechanical engineering, manufacturing, and global engineering partners

What We're Looking For

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or similar

  • Experience in electronics and embedded hardware development

  • Hands-on background in:

    • Analog and digital circuit design

    • PCB development and layout

    • Microcontroller-based designs and hardware integration

  • Familiarity with lab and test equipment (oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, power supplies)

  • Exposure to EMI/EMC testing and design for compliance in industrial environments

  • Experience with industrial, instrumentation, electromechanical, or mechatronics products is strongly preferred

Why This Role

  • Work on real, physical products with long lifecycles and real-world impact

  • Broad ownership rather than narrow, siloed responsibilities

  • Stable organization with a strong engineering culture

  • Competitive compensation, bonus potential, and comprehensive benefits
