Stephen is a business consultant operating within mining, specifically covering safety and technical roles within the mining sector, based from our Melbourne office. Initially starting in a resource role for the mining team, Stephen quickly developed an interest in the industry and built a solid network of professionals. From here, he progressed into a consultant role where he actively supports clients with their hiring strategy, alongside supporting candidates with their career growth.

Prior to joining CSG Talent, Stephen worked in the educational travel industry in a sales capacity, following graduating from Northampton University in the UK with a Sports and Human Geography degree. Utilising both his professional and life experiences has enabled Stephen to transition into a recruitment role with ease and experienced great success, even at the start of his recruitment career.
