Henry joined the CSG team in Sydney following strong recommendations from his previous Managing Director and colleagues, bringing a depth of market knowledge and relationship-driven approach. Prior to joining, he specialised in heavy civil engineering and construction before broadening his focus into client-side project management and development, giving him a well-rounded understanding of both contractor and client perspectives.
