Andrea is a specialist recruitment consultant focused on Construction Operations across the Southeast and wider US market. She partners with a diverse range of organizations across the construction and infrastructure sectors, from established general contractors and developers to larger nationally recognized businesses.
Andrea specializes in recruiting construction operations professionals from mid-level through to senior leadership, supporting hires across project management, site operations, and construction leadership. Her expertise includes Project Managers, Superintendents, Operations Managers, Directors of Construction, and Vice Presidents of Operations, as well as other specialist construction professionals.
Prior to joining CSG Talent, Andrea worked in property management, gaining experience across leasing, operations, and stakeholder management while working closely with residents, vendors, and industry professionals. She also gained firsthand exposure to construction and development through her work at a lease-up community and involvement in group development projects.
This experience provided a natural foundation for her transition into construction operations recruitment and gives her a practical understanding of the environments in which her clients and candidates operate.
