Ingredients Specialist
Adriana specialises in recruitment across the U.S. ingredients industry, with a particular focus on nutraceutical and dietary supplement suppliers. She works closely with medium and large-scale ingredient manufacturers and distributors that supply high-quality ingredients to the food, beverage, nutrition, and supplements markets.
Since joining CSG Talent as a Specialist Consultant through the Academy programme, Adriana has built a strong understanding of the commercial and operational challenges facing ingredient businesses in a competitive and fast-moving market. She typically recruits across sales, operations, and supply chain functions, supporting organisations as they scale their commercial teams and strengthen their market presence.
Adriana holds a Master’s degree in International Business and Marketing, which helped develop her commercial mindset and ability to engage confidently with both clients and candidates. Her academic background allows her to add value through insight, communication, and relationship-building.
Operating within the wider food and nutrition sector, Adriana partners with recognised ingredient producers and manufacturers to secure senior-level talent. She typically recruits for roles including National Sales Managers, Specification Sales Managers, Commercial Managers, Export Sales Managers, and Area Sales Managers.
Adriana takes a proactive, consultative approach to recruitment, focused on building long-term partnerships and connecting ingredient businesses with the talent needed to support sustainable growth and commercial success.
“What drives me in my career is the ability to connect with people on a personal level and genuinely help them move forward in their careers. My dedicated research into the market ensures I can deliver specialist expertise when speaking to candidates and clients as I expand my network through real conversations and relationship building.”
