Role Summary:
As the Director of Operations, you'll be a critical driver in shaping the company's future. Working closely with company leadership, you'll craft and execute strategic initiatives to ensure seamless operations, increased market share, and an exceptional customer journey across multiple branches. In this dynamic role, you'll inspire and empower a team of over 1,250 professionals, leading with a vision of growth, efficiency, and unwavering commitment to quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning & Execution: Lead the development and implementation of operational strategies that align with company goals and support a path to over SAR 800M in sales within three years.
  • Team Leadership: Cultivate a high-performance culture, managing and motivating a team of Brand Managers, Branch Heads, and other key operational staff across 1,250+ employees.
  • Customer Experience Enhancement: Drive initiatives to elevate customer journey standards, ensuring consistency, satisfaction, and loyalty across all branches.
  • Financial Management: Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation to support profitable growth and efficient operations.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with departments including Finance, HR, Marketing, Supply Chain, Property, and Maintenance to enhance operational effectiveness.
  • Performance & KPI Monitoring: Define and track KPIs to ensure the successful execution of strategies, consistently driving continuous improvement.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Hospitality, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
  • Professional Experience: A minimum of 10 years in casual dining or food service environments, with at least 3-5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Languages: Fluency in Arabic and English is required.
  • Leadership: Exceptional leadership abilities, with a focus on team-building, employee development, and change management.
  • Customer-Centric: Strong commitment to delivering superior customer service experiences.
  • Financial Acumen: Proven skills in budgeting, forecasting, and financial management.
  • Strategic Mindset: Ability to design and execute strategies that drive growth, with a strong focus on results.
  • High Energy & Resilience: Adaptable, with a proactive, "can-do" approach to problem-solving and a focus on achieving excellence in a dynamic environment.

Compensation:
Competitive total package with an annual performance-based bonus of up to five times the basic salary, subject to achieving sales targets.
