As a Sales Director, you'll focus 90% of your time on prospecting and outreach, engaging with a targeted list of accounts. You'll be supported by our founders and the EMEA sales team to help you secure and close your first deals.

Outbound Sales Activities:
Your role will involve high-volume outreach, including 150+ cold calls and 200+ emails per week across multiple channels. This will start with a curated list of target accounts, which you will continually refine and expand.

Ideal Candidate Background:

  • Proven experience in e-learning and SaaS sales is essential.
  • A strong background in selling HR Software or Training Services to IT consultancies is required.
  • Take full ownership of refining and managing your list of top accounts. This will involve continuously assessing market feedback and adjusting your approach.
  • Become a Product Expert & Deliver Demos
  • End-to-End Sales Cycle Management
